Best when the situation has more moving parts: a senior-level job search, a new leadership role, stalled visibility or advancement, or a bigger question about what comes next. We diagnose the real issue, make the decisions that matter, strengthen the positioning and move the work forward so you leave with a clear strategy and an executable plan.
Both formats include: pre-day intake and relevant materials review, a private immersive working session, a written strategic summary/action plan, and a brief follow-up session.
Location: In-person VIP Days are available throughout Connecticut, New York City and Westchester County. For engagements outside the region, travel is available by arrangement; travel and lodging, when required, are billed separately.
