What does a career coach really do?
A career coach is a trained professional who specializes in helping you reach your personal and professional goals. Typically, this is achieved through one on one individual or group sessions designed to help you achieve your greatest potential. It is important to note that coaching is not mentoring, training, consulting, or therapy.
My goal when coaching my clients is to ensure they are clear about their goals, feel confident in their decision-making and that they push through fear and uncertainty to get the results they want.
